Data processed by Kaltroco is therefore primarily limited to identifiable information relevant to your relationship to Kaltroco only. Accordingly, Kaltroco will collect information about an individual, from which an individual is identifiable (“Personal Data”) when it is provided to us either by you, your representatives, a third party or from public sources, including the internet. 

You should not provide Kaltroco with any Special Category Data (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning the nature of a person’s sex life or sexual orientation). Any such data received would be deleted immediately upon receipt.
